Youth Culture Launch Trampoline Park Takeover

Following 11AM Service.
On Sunday, February 12th, Youth Culture will be going to Launch trampoline park immediately following the 11 o’clock service. Check-in will take place in Room 163 (Trail 45 room) at the Weaverville campus. At East campus check-in will take place in the youth room. All students must check-in and make sure all documentation and payment has been received.
After you are checked-in, pizza will be available for students and leaders. After we eat, all students will travel by bus to Launch Trampoline Park. We want everyone to be apart of this awesome activity, let us know if there is anything we can do to make sure your student can participate in this event.
COST: $40 (Includes Pizza, a Drink, Transportation, 2 hours of Jumping)
TIME: Check-in at 12:30PM, Pickup at 5:00PM
AGE: Middle School and High School Students
Weaverville Campus: check-in at Portico Entrance (by Room 260)
East Campus: check-in at Youth Room
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: A physical copy of the required waiver from Launch Trampoline Park will be available for you on this registration form and will also be available at check-in on February 12th. If you are unable to print the form please let me know and I can give a paper copy to your student at Youth Culture.
