At Brookstone we desire to “Equip the Saints” for the work of the ministry as Paul urges in Ephesians 4. Our hope is to be good stewards of our resources and time as we seek how to best Equip the people of Brookstone Church.
Equip Nights were born out of a desire to do fewer things, but to do them really well and for maximum impact. These nights will happen about 6-8 times a year (mostly on Wednesday evenings) and will be designed around culturally relevant topics AND practical training to propel us forward in fulfilling the mission at Brookstone.
We live in a culture that is complex and ever changing. These are confusing times and living out the Christian life is met with challenges at every turn.
Our desire is to see the entire church pull together for these Equip Nights in order to grow together in loving God and loving our neighbor. We plan to offer relevant topics that are beneficial to everyone at Brookstone and also speak hope into our surrounding community. We also plan to supplement these nights with ongoing resources on the topic covered as well.
Equip Nights will be a great place to meet new people, learn more about a relevant topic, and leave with some practical takeaways that will help you in your journey.
Please join us in praying that the fruit from these nights would be lasting in our church and in our community.
The First Equip Night will be January 9th: "Screens: Navigating Life in the Digital Age"
