Our Mission
Nothing brings people together quite like coffee. The Brookstone Coffee Shop was started with a vision to connect great coffee with real community.
Our entire space was designed to be as warm and inviting as our coffee. We have provided a place for people to connect, whether it is on a sofa in front of the fireplace, studying together as a group at a table, or enjoying a peaceful sunset on the patio overlooking our beautiful mountain view.
We offer numerous power outlets and free wifi, making it the perfect place to work or study.
Our connection with our community doesn’t end at our walls. The coffee shop donates a portion of our proceeds every month to a local mission or charity.
Meet the Beans
Our coffee beans are locally sourced from Notorious Coffee Roasting Company in Mars Hill, NC. Notorious helped us develop our own Brookstone Blend that we use for our fresh brew and also supplies our espresso beans for our mochas and lattes. Our Brookstone Blend is roasted with Fair Trade Organic Coffee and is a smooth, medium roast.
If you love our coffee, grab a bag for home on your next visit…available in regular or decaf, whole bean or ground. We also offer Brookstone coffee mugs and regionally sourced raw honey!
Our Menu
The Brookstone Coffee Shop serves freshly brewed coffee, espresso beverages, tea, soft drinks, and a wide assortment of pastries. Our pastries are baked fresh in-house by our professionally trained pastry chef, Jordan Mace. Our donuts on Sundays come from Geraldine’s Bakery in Asheville and are baked fresh early every morning!
