Partnering Support Groups:

A GriefShare support group is a safe, welcoming place where people understand the difficult emotions of grief. Through this 13-week group, you’ll discover what to expect in the days ahead and what’s “normal” in grief. Since there are no neat, orderly stages of grief, you’ll learn helpful ways of coping with grief, in all its unpredictability—and gain solid support each step of the way.

DivorceCare’s life-changing support groups welcome people and guide them on the path of recovery after separation or divorce. Over 1 million people have found comfort and hope through this 13-week, video-based series.

Caregiving can be stressful, isolating, and overwhelming mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. This group has been created for caregivers who are providing care to loved ones experiencing chronic or medical illness, disability, dementia, or age related issues. It will connect you with biblical and community resources to assist and comfort you along this journey. The Caregiver Support Group meets on the 2nd Tuesday of each month in the Lifegroup Lounge at the North Campus, 10AM-12PM.  Please reach out to Carolyn Fields at 828-380-0793 or for more info.

If you have a diagnosis of cancer, or are in treatment or in survivorship, we have a place for you in our heart and soul uplifting group. Come and join us, we understand your fears and anxiety. Let us feed your heart and soul with laughter from God’s grace and love. Let us help you find hope and comfort through friendship, as we all are Daughters in the Kingdom of God.

Meetings will resume on March 11, 2024, and occur on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 10:00AM to 12:00 Noon in the Lifegroup Lounge at the North Campus. We provide a safe place to meet.  Please enter the church through the cafe doors.
