Wednesday Night Lift (WNL) provides a short-term small group environment where individuals invest a season of their life to learning insights and skills that allow them to more fully participate in community. In addition, WNL provides a safe environment where individuals can find community to help overcome a particular life-dominating struggle of sin or suffering. WNL classes and workshops are not meant to be long-term substitutes for discipleship. Instead, WNL seeks to help deal with immediate needs, with the goal of directing everyone to Lifegroup participation.

WNL classes and workshops will offer support for those needing encouragement and support during a period of suffering or hardship, hope for those struggling with life-dominating sins, education for those needing information or resources about a specific life issue, and a place to process or counsel for those needing to deal with problematic emotions or life stressors.

Below are some classes we offer:

Making Abortion Unthinkable

Pro-life Christians take heart.  The pro-life message can compete in the marketplace of ideas, provided Christians properly understand and articulate that message. Too many Christians do not understand the essential truths of the pro-life position making it difficult for them to articulate a biblical worldview on issues like abortion, cloning, and embryo research.

Ben Atkins will lead this class and will cover topics addressing both scientific and philosophical cases against abortion. Practical tools will equip the students to defend the pro-life position in an informed and winsome manner.
